Event Overview

We are honored to announce the International Virtual Poetry Competition, an initiative designed to provide a platform for young individuals to articulate their perspectives on mental health. This competition invites participants aged 13 to 25 years to engage in creative expression through poetry centered around
the theme “What Mental Wellness means to You.”

Submission Guidelines

  • Eligibility: Open to individuals aged 13-25 .
  • Categories: Poetry
  • Submission Format:
    • Poetry: Typed and submitted as a PDF document.
  • Submission Deadline: All entries must be received by 11:59 PM on November 30, 2024.
  • Submission Link: Submission Form
  • Entry Fee: There is no fee to enter the competition, ensuring accessibility for all eligible participants.

Judging and Awards

  • Judging Criteria: Submissions will be evaluated based on creativity, originality, and the extent to which you embody the competition’s theme.
  • Awards:
    • Top 3 Winners will receive  a $25 gift card and a certificate of achievement.
    • All Participants: Certificate of participation.
  • Winners Announcement: The winners will be publicly announced on our website on December 1, 2024.
    Participants and visitors are encouraged to visit the event page on December 1, 2024  to view the results.

Entry Procedure

  1. Create Your Work: Reflect deeply on the theme “What Mental Wellness Means to You” and create an original piece of poetry
  2. Complete the Submission Form: Fill out the online submission form and upload your work. Ensure that all required fields, including the PDF file  of your work, are accurately completed. Incomplete work will be disqualified
  3. Submit Your Entry: Ensure your submission is completed by the deadline of November 30, 2024.
