🥈 Silver Award — 125 Hours

  • Letter of commendation from United for Impact leadership
  • Eligibility: Completion of 125 verified service hours, logged through UFI programs, with supervisor attestation and a 250–500 word reflective statement.

Application & Verification Process

The Program operates on a rolling basis, with award evaluations conducted quarterly. Students seeking recognition must submit a formal Award Application Package through the United for Impact Volunteer Portal.

Steps to Recognition

  • Step 1 — Registration: Students must register as an official United for Impact volunteer and receive a unique Volunteer Identification Number (VIN).
  • Step 2 — Hour Logging: All service hours must be logged in real time through the United for Impact Volunteer Portal.
  • Step 3 — Supervisor Attestation: The presiding supervisor must digitally verify logged hours within 72 hours of service completion.
  • Step 4 — Reflective Submission: Candidates submit the required written reflection corresponding to their target award tier.
  • Step 5 — Award Review: The Awards Review Committee evaluates submissions within 21 business days and notifies candidates of their status.
